Давайте переместимся в нулевые! Антивирусы тогда особо никто не ставили, да и в сети Интернет люди могли скачать какую-либо малварь, зайти на какой-нибудь фишинговый или мошеннический (кстати, это одно и тоже) сайт.

Существовал такой сайт, как тыидиот.орг , где людей наказывали за их халатность к своему компуктеру.

Написан этот вирусный сайт на javascript. Он представлял анимированное изображение гифку, которая переливалась то белым, то черным цветом (т. е. был или в негативе, или нет). На гифке была надпись «you are an idiot» и три смайлика. Играла песенка: «You are an idiot, hahahahaha». После закрытия браузера или перехода на другую страницу сам веб-обозреватель двигался из стороны в сторону. Далее появлялись всплывающие окна с той же гифкой, которая была и на сайте (играла та же музыка). Каждую секунду окон становилось всё больше и больше. Выключить ПК обычным способом невозможно, так как он должен закрыть эти всплывающие окна, а их с каждой секундой становилось всё больше и больше. Помогало или выключение ПК из розетки, или зажим кнопки Power, или можно подождать, пока не выдаст синий экран смерти . Троянчик в те времена мог и снести винду, повредив жёсткий диск. Я не знаю насчёт этого, но думаю, что не смог бы.

ВНИМАНИЕ. Возможно, на вашем браузере и не подействует этот эффект со всплывающими окнами (ну, если вы не сидите на эксплоере, то тогда можете приступать — в большинстве браузеров стоит блокировка всплывающих окон). Чтобы не рисковать своим компуктером, запускайте на виртуальной машине в интернет эксплоере (так как данный вирус довольно старый, на современный браузерах он не станет «творить свои злодеяния»), а лучше всего запустить через Машину Времени , так как ходят слухи, что сейчас вредоносный код из сайта удалили.

• but now the windows flying around the screen doesn’t happen anymore if you go to the original site. 🙁
• soooooooo i dug around a bit on the way back machine and gathered this source code to put in this repository.
  ↓read this if you want to worry about other things↓
• upon downloading the source code folder to your computer, your antivirus will probably remove the download due to the «you.js» file within the download.
  if you’re not looking for complications!:
  you could just download only the «you-are-an-idiot-virus.html» file which sources all the other files from this repository

Youareanidiot.org (You are an idiot, Ты идиот) — это старый интернет вирус. Из-за этого его нельзя запустить на новых браузерах. Enderman сделал зеркало с оригинальным скриптом, поэтому сайт теперь доступен, причём на новых браузерах (https://youareanidiot.cc). Открывайте на свой риск. За ваши действия мы ответственности не несём.

Действия вируса — Оригинальная версия [ ]

• Заход на сайт вызывает мигающее изображение, состоящее из трех смайликов и текста на английском: «you are an idiot». Также начинает играть короткий файл, состоящий из «You are an idiot! Ha-ha-ha-ha. «
• При попытке закрыть сайт образуется несколько окон. При попытке закрыть эти окна диспетчером задач они дублируются.
• В итоге вкладок становится слишком много и система перестает отвечать на запросы.

Действия вируса — Перенос от Enderman [ ]

• Заход на сайт вызывает до трех вкладок, двигающихся по всему экрану. Так же сайт создает много попыток на открытие дополнительных окон. В зависимости от браузера это действие пропускается.
• В отличие от оригинальной версии сайта, окна с дублирующимся скриптом можно закрыть.
• В итоге вкладок становится слишком много и система перестает отвечать на вопросы.

Как остановить этот скрипт [ ]

• Нажмите и удерживайте кнопку питания на вашем персональном компьютере/ноутбуке. Через несколько секунд система отключится. Если на ПК это совершить невозможно, переключите блок питания.
• В переносе от Enderman — наведите курсор на панель задач, конкретно — на окно вашего браузера. Щелкните правой кнопкой мыши по окну и выберите «Закрыть окно»
• (Проверено только на Yandex Browser, действия могут быть другими.) Если у вас включено сохранение вкладок при завершении работы браузера, кликните на иконку браузера на панели задач(предварительно закрыв его) и нажмите на «Новое окно в режиме инкогнито», после чего в открывшемся окне нажмите сверху справа на меню, где вы должны выбрать вкладку «Дополнительно». Щелкните по кнопке «Новое окно» или нажмите на Ctrl+N.
• В переносе от Enderman — Воспользуйтесь встроенным диспетчером задач чтобы завершить работу браузера. Также можно воспользоваться его аналогом — Process Hacker. Любой другой диспетчер так же может подойти, однако все равно ваше предпочтение может оказаться не столь эффективным.
