Outlook (office 365) failed to load javascript

Out of sudden, some of our members runnning into attached client error when using outlook OWA. It’s still working fine when using Outlook desktop App.

Any idea what happened and how to sort this out? I tried one machine by forgetting the WIFI, use my own, it worked. but another user tried the same method failed.

Outlook failed to load javascript

Outlook.com , Firefox (111.0.1, newest version), Windows 7

For the last 2 days I have been unable to open the Outlook.com inbox. It keeps giving the same error (included below). I have tried clicking the «Refresh the application» button on the error page. Updated Java since it lists a problem with .js files. Also cleared browser cache and re-started. Deleted the Microsoft.com , Live.com , and Live.net cookies then used login.live.com to re-log in. Account page will load just fine, but the Outlook.com app inbox will not. Please help if you can.
