Hello everyone!

We have always loved sharing the work of talented theme creators with you, and we have mostly focused on promoting those that are available for free use. However, we have recently been considering expanding our focus to include the promotion of paid themes as well! So before making this change, we want to get your feedback and see if this is something that you would be interested in seeing on our blog. To do this, we are holding a vote to gauge your interest in paid theme promotion below.

🎧 NPF audio player ⋆

On Tumblr’s process of changing everything to NPF, staff has added metadata (details) to NPF audio inserts to reflect what was originally entered when it was posted. Unfortunately, they’re unstyled for now, so I wrote a plugin that mimics the appearance of Tumblr’s legacy audio player.

• functional play/pause buttons with customizable sizes and colors
• [optional] preceding labels, e.g. «Track:» / «Artist:» / «Album»
• [optional] placeholder text for empty fields, e.g. «Untitled Track»
• shows album cover image if its comes with one, with customizable dimensions
• customizable player padding and background color

Hi! I know nobody asked for this but here is the revamp of my old theme “Magical DoReMi” that is inspired in the anime “Ojamajo Doremi”. The theme comes with new cool customization features and more improvments.

• Responsive: looks good in all screen sizes.
• Navigation Menu is the first Magical Tap from Ojamajo Doremi, if you hover the circle buttons with the cursor an icon will appear.
• Custom Background: it can be an image or color, and you can change the repeat behaviour, position and size of the background.
• Customization for all colors on the theme!
• Choose custom icons for the menu.
• Make the icons stay always visible.
• Rainbow effect tittle (you can disable it).
• Choose between seven cute fonts, and you can choose a different font for the title and for the posts.
• Change fonts sizes.
• Four custom links (in the menu).
• Nice musical cursor (you can disable it).
• Choose between one or two columns layout.
• Popup window with a mini about section and a infinite tags and links list.
• Search Tab.

• If you don’t add an image in the popup the text will just adapt.
• In mobile version the tap will position on the top of the page, and the icons will be shown by default.
• I’ll try to upload this theme to the Theme Garden, hope it gets approved! Meanwhile you can install it with the code.

I posted about this silly little experimental page a few days ago and was not expecting so many people to be interested in it. It’s a very simple page and was basically already done, so I’m releasing it!

There is no JS used in this page (the popups are done with CSS), so you do not need to wait for permission to be able to use it.

Page 04: POKÉDEX 98

An about page that is also a Pokédex mini web application, based on the Pokémon Yellow interface design. Why? Because is having a Pokédex in your blog is cool! (｡◕‿‿◕｡)

• Select between ultra retro or modern sprites for your team.

This page retrieves all the pokémon information through the services of the Poke API. The Poke API is a full RESTful API linked to an extensive database detailing everything about the Pokémon main game series. This means this page does not have coded any information of the pokémon, instead every time you search a pokémon the app connects to the API and gets the information back.

• This is the first version of the page, but in the future I will add more functionalities! Recommendations are always welcome.
• The Pokémon nformation is dependant of the Poke API database, so if there is some information missing or wrong the Pokédex page can’t control that.
• Make sure you have Javascript enabled on your blog.

Inspiration came from Pokémon first generation games and also the page was inspired by @nyctothemes beautiful first generations themes! Check them out!

Where you walk, my dearest friend, fate shall surely follow.

This is intended to be a fansite! I am finally happy with how this turned out after a few iterations. This theme features Emet-Selch from Final Fantasy XIV. Be warned going into the live preview as this theme heavily features content that can be found on various points of Shadowbringers and Endwalker, which may or may not be a spoiler!

• Customizable post widths and font sizes. The live preview uses 650px post width and 13px font size. Enter the desired post width on the post width field and the desired font size on the font size field on the Customization page.
• One accent color, 7 color options
• Option for title alignment (centered/lefthand side/righthand side) to accommodate for the chosen header image.
• Option to display or hide the blog title.
• Built-in dual sidebar layout. All the boxes on the sidebar (members, events, updates, and site info) and the footer (disclaimer, about, and search box) can be edited from the code directly.
• 5 custom links at the topbar with additional 8 links on the navigation box.
• Customizable photoset gutter. The live preview uses 10px gutter.
• A header image. The size of the header (w x h) is the width of your screen x 350px. So if your screen width is 1900px, then the size of your header should be 1900 x 350px.

• This theme uses @eggdesign’s NPF reverse-compatible template. Everything should be working as expected, except for some things noted below.
• As we slowly transition into the new editor, posts made by the legacy editor will eventually break. This is particularly evident in a quote post reblogged via the new editor, in which the post will be rendered as a text post with blockquote and cannot be styled similarly to a legacy quote post. This is a Tumblr bug as far as I am concerned and from what other people have told me, so unfortunately there is nothing I can do about it.
• I’ve written a short guide on how to set up this theme here. Everything else is annotated in the code, so do read through them before shooting me an ask!
