Дата выхода CX-ONE v4.51 — 26.09.2019
1. Смонтировать образ CXONE_V4.51.iso с помощью daemon tools или alcohol 52%
2. Запустить setup.exe и установить CX-ONE , использовать один из ключей из Serial.txt
3. Запустить утилиту обновления CXOUpgradeUtility_V4_2104\UpgradeUtility\AutoUpdate.exe и обновиться до версии 2021-04
4. После установки можно обновлять компоненты до последних актуальных версий с помощью C:\Program Files (x86)\OMRON\CX-One\Upgrade Utility\AutoUpdate.exe

Попытался скачать для всех подпрограмм, где ссылки живы. Я ставил на 4.51, но можно и на любую 4.xx. Не для версий 3 и ниже.
